How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions and select Pippa to cancel or change your plan. Subscriptions purchased on the web at app.gopippa.ai can be managed under Settings → Billing while signed in.

What are Pippa Coins?

Pippa Coins are the credits used to generate images, animation, narration, and other AI content. Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance that refreshes each billing cycle. You can see your remaining balance at any time in the top navigation while signed in.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Pippa purchase. For web purchases or any other refund question, email us at support@gopippa.ai and we'll work with you.

How do I export or share my animation?

Open your project, then use the Export button in the composer. Pippa creates an MP4 video file that you can save to your device or share to social platforms. Export is available on the LITE plan and above.

How do you handle children's data and privacy?

Pippa is intended for adult users (parents, teachers, creators) creating stories about or for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
